Fee Structure & Payment Policy
Army Public School, Leh follows the fee rules as per Article 281 of the Rules & Regulations for Army Public Schools.
Fee Payment Schedule
Fees are collected quarterly, in the following months:

Payment Date Late Fee Charges
Up to 10th of April, July, October & JanuaryNo Late Fee
11th to 20th of the respective month₹100
21st to 30th/31st of the respective month₹200
Payment delayed up to 2 months₹400
Payment delayed up to 3 months₹750
Note: If the fee is not paid by the end of the quarter, the student’s name will be struck off the school rolls.
Important Notes

The school is unaided and non-government, managed by the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES).

No fee concessions are applicable.

Any change in rank, address, residency, or contact number must be informed to the school immediately.

Transfer Certificates (TC) and security refunds will be issued within seven days of receiving a written application. The refund will be made via crossed cheque.
